Dear Arizona Pastors,
We are one month away from one of the most exciting meetings in our calendar year, the annual Arizona Church Planters Conference. I believe the Lord will meet with us in a powerful and intimate way and I trust He will anoint our time together to further His kingdom here in Arizona.
Our conference this year is being hosted by Pastor John Roy of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Phoenix. We are honored and excited to have Pastor David Hetzer of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Lemon Grove, California, for our conference speaker.

CONFERENCE SPEAKER
Bro Hetzer has been in full-time ministry since 2004 and has served as youth pastor, church planter, pastor and missionary over the last 19 years. Bro Hetzer started North Hills Baptist Church in San Marcos, California, in 2008. After five years of watching the Lord build a work in Southern California, the Lord moved Bro Hetzer to pastor West Valley Baptist Church in Nampa, Idaho. The Lord grew and established this church over the 4 years that the Hetzers invested there, but then redirected them to take the Gospel to the 10-40 window in Sri Lanka. Once again, the Lord used the Hetzers to add strength and stability to Columbo Bible Baptist Church. In October of 2022, after 40 years of faithful ministry, Pastor Doug Fisher of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Lemon Grove, California, was divinely led to pass the baton to Bro Hetzer.
Aside from how the Lord has used and equipped Bro Hetzer with many facets of ministry, He has also greatly gifted his preaching ministry. I am confident the Lord will use our time under the Word to help us in significant ways, maybe even in needy areas of our life and ministry that we do not even know about yet, but are waiting for God's touch of grace and power!
